Paradigm was able to creatively reduce costs on this 24-unit freehold townhouse development in the Wychwood neighbourhood, including 4 street-fronting live-work units, by capitalizing on the sloping site to allow for parking garage entry at grade, and dividing the remaining prefabricated lightwood framed development into two separate “buildings”, as defined under the Ontario Building Code.
