Paradigm A+D designed this 12-storey residential condominium in Brampton ON. Nestled between Bramalea Road and extensive TRCA protected wetlands, this project respectfully engages it’s natural heritage. Despite the expansive surroundings the site is actually very compressed. PAD has worked to achieve a very efficient site plan dovetailed into surrounding developments.
The project is currently moving through rezoning and site plan control.
