What is the meaning of the term “design paradigm”?

It’s the concept of a single solution that changes configuration to address a number of problems.

Paradigm Architecture + Design was born out of a desire to distinguish ourselves as a full-service architecture firm capable of providing such holistic solutions needed to resolve any given design challenge.  

Since 2008, PAD has successfully completed hundreds of projects, delivering time and cost saving solutions that ultimately maximize our clients’ ROI.

We have earned a reputation for persevering and succeeding when challenges have been seemingly insurmountable, including optimal site and space planning, zoning by-law feasibility, building code interpretations, and constructability logistics, typically without compromising the original design intent.

Consistently striving to provide our clients with a higher standard of service is our first priority. Under the direction of one or more of the firm’s Partners – Magnus Clarke, Ian Hallett, and Jim Sa'd – each project receives the amount of professional direction it deserves, with ongoing support from our dedicated employees.

We work closely and collaboratively with Consultants, Contractors, and the municipal Authorities Having Jurisdiction alike, to ensure milestones are accurately met and delivered on time.
