This unique project involved converting an existing 3- car garage into a pool house with a small side extension in the Casa Loma neighbourhood.

A new overhanging shed roof with exposed wood joists allowed the introduction of clerestorey windows above new glazed garage doors, permitting generous daylighting into the interior space. This element continues over the set back extension to create a partially-shaded pergola for outdoor dining.
