PAD designed this multiplex and laneway suite prior to the multiplex rules coming into force in the City of Toronto. With four stacked apartments the main house offers modern living spaces in a compact old town lot. The main house is backed up by a laneway suite where the owner will live.

This project was described by the Committee of Adjustment as “Precisely the kind of gentle intensification we need to see in our City to address our housing crisis in a thoughtful manner”. The project is almost adjacent to a new Ontario line station.
