Paradigm was asked to design a 3-storey rear addition to this existing rowhouse in Seaton Village.

In order to provide much-needed additional space for a growing family, including a work from home sound studio, Paradigm successfully obtained minor variances to the existing zoning by- laws from the municipal Committee of Adjustments.

A sloping roof and simple exterior material palette, including clear-sealed cedar soffits add to the clean, contemporary elegance of the addition, while keeping to the scale of neighbouring homes.
