Having outgrown their existing head office and warehouse building, Sunwing set eyes on the immediately adjacent underutilized property, which included an existing single-storey industrial building.

The building’s footprint was increased by 50%, its height doubled, and a pedestrian bridge over a shared driveway allowed it to meet the needs of their rapidly expanding operations, including a 300-person call centre.

There was a desire to carry through the aesthetic of Sunwing Vacation’s international resorts both on the interior and exterior of the new building.
