Located in the heart of Kensington Market, this 3- storey, mixed-use building was born out of the Client’s desire to create a new landmark for this beloved neighbourhood.

A full-height cort-ten steel-clad element with back-lit perforated letters spelling “Kensington”. Besides acting as a subtle beacon to visitors, it also conceals an elevator shaft in behind.

There is currently a brewery on the ground floor, an office on the second, and four executive micro-suite rental apartments on the third.
